ADMISSION PROCESS GUIDELINES FOR ND

All prospective candidates seeking admission into Ekiti State Polytechnic, Isan-Ekiti, are hereby advised to carefully follow the steps below to ensure a smooth admission process:

1.    Change your institution to Ekiti State Polytechnic, Isan-Ekiti on the JAMB CAPS.
2.    Ensure you upload your complete O-Level results on the JAMB CAPS.
3.    JAMB will offer admission to qualified candidates into the Polytechnic.
4.    Accept the offer of admission on JAMB CAPS and print your JAMB Admission Letter.
5.    Candidates who have been offered admission will be onboarded on the Polytechnic portal.
i.    If your onboarding is still in progress, you will not be able to pay your acceptance fee yet.
ii.    Kindly exercise patience until your onboarding is completed.
6.    After onboarding, the list of onboarded candidates will be posted.
7.    You may then proceed to the Polytechnic portal to complete the Pre-registration Form and pay your Acceptance Fee.
8.    Wait for the date that will be communicated in due course for physical verification and registration.

NOTE:
i.    Candidates who have not accepted the offer of admission on JAMB CAPS will not be eligible for physical verification/registration, as the JAMB Admission Letter is a compulsory document for submission.
ii.    Candidates who have accepted the offer of admission but encounter technical issues while making payment of the acceptance fee or any other fees on the school portal should kindly contact 📞 08037442400 (ICTRC) for assistance.
