EKSPOLY RECTOR, AJEIGBE REITERATES COMMITMENT TO PRODUCING WELL-TRAINED GRADUATES

The Rector of Ekiti State Polytechnic, Isan-Ekiti, Dr. Sunday Osinkolu Ajeigbe, has restated his administration’s vision to produce graduates who are well trained, well equipped, and capable of creating jobs in today’s competitive society.

Dr. Ajeigbe made this known on Monday, August 18, 2025, while featuring on a special interview session on Voice 89.9FM, Ado-Ekiti.

According to him, the Polytechnic is strategically positioned to raise a new generation of graduates who will not only be employable but also become employers of labour. He stressed that education in Nigeria should be tailored towards producing individuals who will be useful to themselves and society at large.

“Students should not only pass through the school but should also allow the school to pass through them,” the Rector remarked.

Dr. Ajeigbe further disclosed that admission into the Polytechnic is currently ongoing, urging parents and guardians to take advantage of the opportunity to enroll their children and wards.

He assured that the institution remains committed to academic excellence, entrepreneurial training, and character development, which are vital for national growth and development.
